【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiessampling,clean-upandanalysisproceduresforthequantitativedeterminationoflowvolatility(particle-bound)polycyclicaromatichydrocarbons(PAHs)inambientair.Forsampling,alow-volumeoramedium/high-volumesamplingdevicemaybeused.Samplingtimesbetween1hand24harepossible.Thesamplingvolumeflowratescanrangefrom1m/hto4m/h("lowvolumesampler")orfrom10m/htoabout90m/h("medium/high-volumesampler").Inanycase,thelinearfacevelocityatthecollectionfiltershouldrangebetweenabout0,5m/sand0,9m/s.Themethodhasbeenvalidatedforsamplingperiodsupto24h.ThedetectionlimitsforsinglePAHsandthestandarddeviationsresultingfromduplicatemeasurementsarelistedin9.2andAnnexDrespectively.ThisInternationalStandarddescribesasamplingandanalysisprocedureforPAHthatinvolvescollectionfromairontoafilterfollowedbyanalysisusinghighperformanceliquidchromatographyusuallywithfluorescencedetector(FLD).Theuseofadiodearraydetector(DAD)ispossible.Thecombinationofbothdetectortypesisalsopossible(seeAnnexB).Totalsuspendedparticulatematterissampled.Generally,compoundshavingaboilingpointabove430℃(vapourpressurelessthan10kPaat25℃,e.g.chrysene,benz[a]anthracene)canbecollectedefficientlyonthefilteratlowambienttemperatures(e.g.below10℃).Incontrast,athighertemperatures(above30℃,seealsoISO12884),onlyPAHshavingboilingpointsabove475℃(vapourpressurelessthan10kPaat25℃)aredeterminedquantitatively(seeAnnexF).
