【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodofdeterminingthemassfractionofuraniumandtheoxygen-to-uraniumatomicratioinhyperstoichiometricuraniumdioxide(UO2+X)powdersandpellets.ThisInternationalStandardisusedforthedeterminationoftheUmassfractionandtheO/U-ratioofnucleargradeuraniumdioxide.Theprecisionandaccuracystatedin8.2arevalid,ifthetotalamountofimpuritiesinthesampledoesnotexceedthefiguresgivenin8.2.AnimpuritycorrectionintheUmassfractionandtheO/U-ratiodeterminationshouldbeperformed,iftheamountoftotalimpuritiesinoxideformexceeds1500μgpergramofsample.LowerimpuritylevelsinfluencetheO/U-ratiobylessthan0,0005andcanbeneglected.Thenon-volatileimpuritiesshallbedeterminedbyanappropriatetechnique,andthecorrectionapplied.Ifthetotalcontentofthenon-volatileimpuritiesinoxideformisgreaterthan1500μgpergramofsample,theoverallprecisionofthemethoddependsontheaccuracyoftheseimpuritymeasurements.Ifnoimpuritycorrectionismadeandiftheenrichmentofthesampleisnotconsideredasdescribedin8.11,theprecisionandaccuracyfigureswillbepoorerthanin8.2.
