【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesafuelqualitymonitoringsystem(FQMS)forassessingthequalityofpetrolandautomotivedieselfuelmarketedinanyoftheMemberStateswithintheEuropeanCommunity.SomebasicbackgroundideasbehindtheFQMSaregiveninannexA.Sincethespecificationsforautomotivefuelscontainclimaticrelatedrequirements,theFQMSisruntwiceayear,onceduringthewinterperiodandonceduringthesummerperiod.Informationaboutthedatesforthesummerandwinterperiodsinaspecificcountryaredefinedinthecountry'snationalannextoEN228andEN590.FuelsamplestakenduringtransitionperiodsshallnotbeincludedintheFQMS.ForthepurposesofthisFQMS,gradesofpetrolthatconstitutelessthan10%ofthetotalamountofpetroldispensedinanyonecountry,andgradesofautomotivedieselfuelsthatconstitutelessthan10%ofthetotalamountofautomotivedieselfueldispensedinanycountrymayrequireseparatehandlingasdescribedinclause5ofthisEuropeanStandard.
