【摘要】:1.1Thisclassificationsystemcovers___materialssuitablefor_____________.Theinclusionorexclusionofrecycledplasticsinthisclassificationsystemmustbeaddressedhere.1.2Thepropertiesincludedinthisstandardarethoserequiredtoidentifythecompositionscovered.OtherrequirementsnecessarytoidentifyparticularcharacteristicsimportanttospecializedapplicationsaretobespecifiedbyusingthesuffixesasgiveninSection5.1.3Thisclassificationsystemandsubsequentlinecallout(specification)areintendedtoprovideameansofcallingoutplasticmaterialsusedinthefabricationofenditemsorparts.Itisnotintendedfortheselectionofmaterials.Materialselectioncanbemadebythosehavingexpertiseintheplasticfieldonlyaftercarefulconsiderationofthedesignandtheperformancerequiredofthepart,theenvironmenttowhichitwillbeexposed,thefabricationprocesstobeemployed,thecostsinvolved,andtheinherentpropertiesofthematerialotherthanthosecoveredbythisstandard.Note18212;InsertNote1heretoshowtheappropriateISOequivalencystatement.1.4Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportion,Section11,ofthisclassificationsystem:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
